“You are the expert of your own body.”
This simple truth was first instilled in me at the Florida School of Massage in 2001, and it continues to guide every aspect of my practice today.Over the past two decades, I have maintained a thriving massage practice, taught yoga, served as a Trauma Psych Nurse, and worked as a Hospice RN Case Manager. Through each chapter, my belief in the body’s innate wisdom—and the importance of listening to it—has only grown stronger.

In 2021, during my own health crisis, I learned what it means to rebuild from the inside out. Living with a connective tissue disorder and a rare histamine disease, I discovered that healing requires not only treatment—but faith, structure, and compassion.
While completing an accelerated nursing program and navigating personal change, I found renewed purpose in helping others who are facing complex health journeys. That experience taught me that complete health is within reach, even in the most challenging times.
“Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed. It means it no longer controls our lives.” — Unknown
